India till 1986 and thereafter as Managing Director and Management Committee

as Principal at Enabler real estate fund sponsored by of Alony-Hetz and the
Libberman Group. As a accomplished entrepreneur, Ayush previous projects
include development of Seaside Real Estate, a Hydro Electric energy project,

Nitika is a Partner with over 10 years of investment banking and
international corporate experience. She is an MBA from SPJIMR, Mumbai, and
was previously a senior member of the Investment Banking team at Edelweiss
Capital where she specialized in the technology and outsourcing practice,
authoring sector research and many significant private equity and high
profile M&A transactions.

Sharad is a Partner and has been a senior private equity professional with
30 years of experience. Sharad was Senior Vice President at Indus Venture
Management and went through two complete fund cycles. As Partner at SVG's
India advisory company, Sharad recently led investment in diverse areas
including financial services, healthcare and industrial products. He is a
graduate of Indian Institute of Technology and Indian Institute of
Management.

Anup is an Advisory Board member of Galileo A&A. Anup is a UK Chartered Accountant. He was a senior equity partner in a top 50 UK accountancy practice, based in London’s West End, where he specialised in Corporate Advisory and Corporate Finance roles. In late 2007 he set up his own business specialising in cross border transactions with India, whilst continuing UK based Corporate Advisory and Finance activities. Although based in London, Anup is in India almost every month.
Robert is an Advisory Board member of Galileo A&A. Robert is a corporate and
commercial lawyer of over 20 years' experience in London and is the CEO and
Co- Founder of NewGalexy a legal services firm. Robert was the Senior
Partner of McGrigor Donald from 1999 until 2002 and the CEO of KLegal
International from 2002 until 2004.

Georges is Chairman and CEO of Galileo Global Advisors LLC. Georges Ugeux holds a Doctorate in Law and is Licentiate in Economics from the Catholic University of Louvain. He chairs and sits on Boards of numerous transatlantic organizations. Georges has had a significant career with Societe Generale de Banque (now Fortis Bank), as Managing Director of Morgan Stanley's M&A group, as Group Finance Director at Societe Generale, as President and Managing Director of Kidder, Peabody Europe. He was President of the European investment Fund. Georges headed the International Group of the New York Stock Exchange, bringing over 300 non-US companies, valued at $ 2.7 trillion, to the US market. He is a frequent public speaker and educator on global issues (at the College of Europe in Bruges and Harvard Law School).
Jim is Senior Managing Director at Galileo Global Advisors LLC. Jim holds a B.A. from Harvard College and M.A. and M. Phil. degrees in economics from Yale University. He is also the CEO of Galileo Global Securities, the FINRA-registered broker-dealer subsidiary of Galileo Global Advisors, and holds Series 24 and Series 62 securities licenses. Jim was a founding member of the NYSE's international department in 1996, assuming responsibility for the Asia Pacific region from Tokyo. Prior to NYSE, Jim was a lecturer in international economics at Yale University, an economist in the international economics group at Bankers Trust, and a policy analyst at the Public Agenda Foundation. Jim has written numerous articles on capital markets and securities market regulation and is a frequent speaker at conferences on financial market topics. He is an editor of the Review of Pacific Basin Financial Markets and Policies.
Ravi is Managing Director at Galileo Global Advisors LLC. Ravi holds a
Bachelor of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology (Chennai),
a M.S. in Industrial Engineering (Operations Research) from State University
of New York at Buffalo, and a M.B.A. in Finance from University of Chicago,
Graduate School of Business. Ravi is a U.S. FINRA Registered Representative
and Principal with Series 24, Series 28 and Series 62 licenses. Previously
at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in New York, Ravi executed over $2 billion of
capital markets transactions, including bond financing and derivative
products. Thereafter he led a M&A leadership role at Zephyr Communications.
