We have worked on various conventional and non-conventional power projects including high profile transactions such as India’s first hostile bid for Ahmedabad Electric Corporation and the restructuring of Dabhol.
We have worked for Indian Oil Corporation on their bid for Kenya refinery BP and Shell. Other clients include the National Iran Oil Company, Essar, TAQA, QPIC and OPIC.
